Since our beginning nearly 40 years ago, Echo Maintenance has successfully attracted, developed, rewarded and retained the best local craft workers.
Our multi-skilled workforce – some 1500 full-time employees – provides a highly productive and economical approach to projects. In addition to promoting an effective craft utilization mix, employing multi-task workers reduces headcount variations and safety risks associated with short-service workers.
